1. Agreement

By accessing meshx.uk or using MeshX POD (including Create, Shop Manager, and Print Network features), you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

2. The service

MeshX provides software tools for print-on-demand sellers and, where applicable, print partners. Features may be rolled out in phases. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least years old and have authority to bind your business if you register on behalf of an organisation.

4. Subscriptions & fees

Third-party marketplace fees (e.g. Etsy, eBay) remain payable under those platforms’ terms.

5. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, overload systems, or use MeshX to violate law or third-party rights. You will not use the service to circumvent marketplace policies or misrepresent identity or location.

6. Marketplace compliance

You remain responsible for your shops and listings on Etsy, eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other channels. MeshX assists with workflows; you must comply with each platform’s rules, intellectual property requirements, and consumer laws.

7. Intellectual property

We retain rights in MeshX software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your content; you grant us a licence to host and process it as needed to provide the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
